1. What documents do I need to hire a car?

To hire from CLS Rent-a-Car, you only need a valid driving licence (minimum of 1 year’s experience), identification document (Citizen Card, ID Card or Passport) and a credit card to guarantee the booking.

All documents are treated with confidentiality and security, and our team is available to answer any questions before the hire.

2. Do I have a mileage limit?

No! All our vehicles have unlimited mileage, so you can travel with complete freedom, without any surprises or additional costs.

3. Can I hire adapted vehicles or vehicles with special extras?

Yes! At CLS Rent-a-Car, we have adapted Renault Traffic vehicles – safe transport for people with reduced mobility.

We also have baby and child seats and pushchairs – ideal for families or tourists who have not brought their own equipment.

4. Can I hire a vehicle if I am on holiday or even for work?

Of course! At CLS Rent-a-Car, our vehicles are available both for those visiting Portugal for leisure and for those who need mobility for work. Whether you are exploring the city or the country, or travelling to professional appointments, we guarantee comfort, safety and flexibility, so that every trip is practical and worry-free.

5. How do I make a booking?

You can book online quickly and easily from the comfort of your own home, choosing the vehicle and extras you want. You will receive immediate confirmation, guaranteeing the availability of the car upon your arrival.

6. What about petrol or fuel?

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank, and some models, such as the Renault Clio Bi-Fuel, allow for savings with LPG. Simply return the car with a full tank, as delivered.

7. Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes! We offer complete flexibility: changes or cancellations are possible with advance notice, without complications, ensuring that your experience is always smooth.
